Hears Program from Easter Seals Southern Colorado
Easter Seals and the local SERTOMA clubs have been partners in the Hears programs since 1988. They have tested and fitted over 2,400 low-income people with hearing aids. Of those served, ranging in age form 1 to 100, nearly 70% are over 60 years old. Hears provides these hearing aids for a fraction of the commercial cost, due to the generous contributions from participating audiologists, ENTs, hearing aid manufacturers, SERTOMAS and donations from the public. Call Easter Seals Southern Colorado at 719-574-9002.
