and well-being of the client to interested parties, as agreed upon by the client and Intake Coordinator.

MONEY OR DEPOSIT. We provide you with a wide range of affordable home care options and personalize a

- WE HONOR OUR CAREGIVERS AND TAKE CARE OF THEM. All CareGivers
are Homewatch employees. We are responsible for administering the CareGiver wages, all appropriate
payroll taxes, and worker's compensation insurance. Homewatch CareGivers also carries professional and
business liability insurance.
WE OFFER A MORE CARING APPROACH WITH FLEXIBLE HOME CARE SCHEDULING & HOURS. We have a 24-hour care
line. You will reach no answering machines.
- HOMEWATCH CAREGIVERS HAS A TEAM APPROACH WITH EXCEPTIONAL
CAREGIVERS WHO HAVE SPECIALIZED SKILLS. CareGivers are carefully and thoughtfully matched to clients to
optimize the quality of care. Our CareGivers may be Certified Nurse Assistants, Personal Care Providers,
Home Health Aids, or Homemakers, depending on the needs of the client. Licensed Professional Nurses
(LPN) and Care Managers are available for supervision and special client needs.
- AT HOMEWATCH CAREGIVERS, ALL OF OUR HOME CARE EMPLOYEES ARE
BONDED AND INSURED. Homewatch CareGivers does 3 levels of pre-employment checks: character, care
expertise, and criminal background investigations on every potential employee. In short, we use the very
highest standards when screening and selecting employees here in Tennessee.
- ALL HOMEWATCH STAFF ARE HIGHLY SKILLED, TRAINED, SUPERVISED,
AND MAINTAIN ANNUAL LICENSING AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE STATE OF TENNESSEE. In addition, we mandate
on-going training classes to ensure that our CareGivers are always building on their knowledge and
skills.
