This powerful portrait of the life and career of great American music icon Glen Campbell opens to the viewer the world of the singular talent who created hits like Rhinestone Cowboy, Wichita Lineman and Gentle on My Mind. Winner of the Grammy for Lifetime Achievement and member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Glen was the first country music star to cross over to the pop charts. Immediately after the film there will be a panel discussion and Q&A on Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Senior Day at The Capitol from Colorado Senior Lobby
Where: The Colorado State Capitol, 200 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80203 (map)
We typically have more attendees than the Old Supreme Court Chambers can hold, however it is important that we hold the meeting at The Capitol. The Old Supreme Court Chambers has been the largest room available. In the past we have not been permitted to have voice transmitted to a "back-up" room, but we are continuing to pursue this possibility. Morning Session is at the Old Supreme Court Chambers, The Colorado State Capitol and lunch and afternoon session is at First Baptist Church of Denver located 1 block East of The Capitol at 1373 Grant St. Learn More
