Mental Health First Aid Course

Mental Health First Aid is a nationally and internationally-recognized curriculum proven to teach you to recognize and respond to people who may be having an emotional crisis or developing an on-going emotional problem. This is a 2-part, 8-hour course training with Part 1 on 7/26 12:30pm-4:30pm and Part 2 on 7/27 from 12:30pm-4:30pm. Both are required to complete certification. CEUs available for some professions. Free National Diabetes Prevention Program - Aurora

Free National Diabetes Prevention Program Begins June 28th in Aurora. If you have pre-diabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes, it is time to take charge of your health. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from June 28, 2016 through May 30, 2017. The class meets for 16 weekly sessions followed by six monthly sessions from 6-7PM at the Head 2 Toe Clinic.
