Many of the events feature companies and non-profit organizations presenting information to educate and inform seniors and their families on resources available in the community. Free National Diabetes Prevention Program Begins June 28th in Aurora. If you have pre-diabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes, it is time to take charge of your health. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from June 28, 2016 through May 30, 2017. The class meets for 16 weekly sessions followed by six monthly sessions from 6-7PM at the Head 2 Toe Clinic. Healthier Living Colorado Class

This is a program to help people deal with the challenges of living with an ongoing health condition such as heart disease, a lung condition, diabetes or arthritis.
