Concordia offers one and two bedroom apartments with nine different floor plans, pays all utilities except
phone, provides an extensive calendar of community events each month, and offers one year leases. The

 Concordia
is a non-smoking community. The campus consists of three, three story buildings adjacent to the walking
paths of Johnson Lake and Clement Park. The exterior of each building reflects a time of enduring
architectural design with patio railings, extensive trim, and beautiful landscaping. The interior of each of
the different buildings is tastefully decorated with furnishings reflecting a unique style - transitional
European, traditional American, and French country. Community areas throughout the buildings include
catering kitchens, great rooms with fireplace, private dining areas, billiard room, home theater room,
activity and quiet reading rooms.
Residents bring their own home furnishings and decorate
their apartments to reflect their taste. All of the apartments are designed for an easy, active life-style
by including a full working kitchen, washer and dryer, individual control of the heating and air
conditioning, patios or decks, over sized windows and accessible design. Concordia On The Lake is truly
