Five of the region's best retirement communities were selected to participate in this exciting event in Denver, October 17-18. The first annual South Denver Showcase of Retirement Communities features an impressive showcase of senior living options which include five of the finest retirement options in Southern Denver including Classic Residence by Hyatt, St. Andrews Village, Wind Crest, Garden Plaza of Aurora and the Cottages at Dayton Place.
This fun, first-time event is free and open to the public. The public can stop by any of the Showcase communities, in any order, from 9-4 pm Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18. During the event people can enjoy community tours, meet current residents, enjoy complimentary drinks, light food, music, live entertainment and cash and prize giveaways.
Free and convenient parking is available at every community. A quick registration is required at the first retirement community that is visited. After receiving a Showcase Passport and a free gift bag, all of the communities can be toured. Everyone who completes the Showcase Passports, with a stamp from each of the five communities, will receive a gift and be entered to win a grand prize. Participating retirement communities are:
