Our Assisted Living ‘Levels of Care’
We provide an Assisted Living Lifestyle with three ’Levels of Care.’ By offering varying levels of assisted living services based on our residents’ needs, we feel we can ensure optimal health and independence. The ‘Levels of Care’ plan is determined through an assessment prior to move-in and the plan utilizes a point system to identify levels of service and care that the resident wants and needs.
As an example, our ‘Basic Care Level’ includes reminders for activities and meals and standby assistance for bathing. The highest level of care ‘Level 3’ is for residents that require extensive, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and other assistance. The benefit of our ‘Levels of Care’ program is that we can provide the daily assistance that is needed to assist a residence to stay as independent as possible at our location.
Our Assisted Living Apartments
Cranbrook Senior Living offers 67 apartment homes including studio, one- and two-bedroom models with a variety of unique floor plans. Some of our floor plans have private balconies. All of our apartment homes are spacious (500 to 1,324 sq. ft.) with thoughtfully designed features that offer plenty of room for personal furnishings, heirlooms and treasures.
Our apartment homes are available as month-to-month rentals. All utilities are paid, including local phone and high speed Internet access. Each apartment home also has its own temperature control for heat and air conditioning. Entertaining family and friends in our spacious apartment homes is possible because we have well-appointed kitchens, or choose to let us plan a dinner party and have it served in our elegant dining room.
Expect Elegant Dining at Cranbrook Senior Living
We offer freshly prepared meals three times daily in our restaurant style dining room along with snacks. Residents can select from daily meal specials or an equally delicious alternative choice menu. We also always welcome guests and family members to join us at mealtime.

Residents are the center of our community. With a full-time activity director, we give our residents the activities and programs they want.
