Colorado Housing & Finance Authority - CHFA
CHFA promotes independent living in senior housing through its Supportive Services Program. Participating
Services Coordinators receive training and education to assist residents in identifying their needs and

Colorado Housing Counseling Coalition (CHCC)
This non-profit and member agencies help people improve their housing conditions and meet the
responsibilities of homeownership with information on pre-purchase, foreclosure prevention, loss mitigation,
housing consumer education, debt management and reverse equity mortgage counseling.

Colorado Springs Fire Department's File of Life Program
File of Life is designed to provide important medical history, current medications, resuscitation requests
and emergency contact information to First Responders. It consists of a highly-visible magnetic folder
designed for placement on a refrigerator and comes with a mini-version for a wallet, car, suitcase or other
easily accessible location. Cards can be picked up at the Fire Department Complex, 375 Printers Parkway, or
by calling, 719-385-7376. Available to Colorado Springs citizens only. Sponsorship opportunities available.

The Colorado Springs Fire Department's Senior Safety Program is dedicated to improving the safety of senior
citizens across Colorado Springs. With over 66,449 senior citizens within the City, it is important to reach
