Alexian Village of Tennessee is a not-for-profit ministry of the Alexian Brothers, a worldwide Catholic order with more than 700 years of service to the elderly, the poor, the ill and the infirm.

Alexian Village of Tennessee is one of 12 ministries of the Alexian Brothers of the Southeast. Alexian Village is a retirement community like no other in the world. Alexian Village is one of only two accredited, continuing-care retirement communities in all of Tennessee. Continuing care means that a lifetime of retirement living services is provided by Alexian Village all on one campus. Residents of the Village's residential living apartments are guaranteed assisted living services at Alexian Inn or Valley Residence and nursing care at the Alexian Brothers Health Care Center if they should need it in the future.

Alexian Village is a full-service retirement community that offers a wide variety of residential retirement living apartments in two-bedroom and one-bedroom configurations, many with lovely mountain views.

• Quality assisted living, skilled nursing care and physical rehabilitation are right on the campus. Residents may move seamlessly from one service to another as physical needs demand.
• Specialized supportive living for those with Alzheimer's and memory loss is offered, as well, from Alexian Brothers Valley Residence located nearby.

• Dining: Signal Mountain and Chattanooga feature a wide variety of restaurants, and cultural opportunities, including more than two dozen live concert halls and theaters.
• Faith: Important to Village life is faith ministry and service to others. Two lovely chapels on the grounds of Alexian Village are home to daily mass and regular worship activities. In addition, churches of many major faiths are located on Signal Mountain, just minutes from the Alexian Village.

  Located in the scenic valley below Signal Mountain, Tennessee, Alexian Brothers Valley Residence provides residential and day services for those with Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders. Benefits include secured residential units with 42 comfortable private bedrooms, secure courtyards, specialized staff to meet the ongoing needs of those with Alzheimer's and their families, social support, counseling and pastoral care. Complete services and residential amenities include laundry, personal care and nutritional support, family oriented care and services. Alexian Brothers Valley Residence has all inclusive affordable rates for residential care and daily rates for day services in the Chattanooga region.
• Alexian Court
  Alexian Court is a campus of affordable one-bedroom apartments and duplex apartments all designed for seniors age 62 and older with low to moderate income. The building was previously the historic St. Elmo Elementary School. The building was revitalized by architects and a partnership with Alexian Brothers of the Southeast to create Alexian Court apartments. There are 33 one-bedroom apartments and 8 stand-alone duplex apartments with low monthly rates. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities and fully equipped modern kitchens, private bath, high ceilings, and central alarm system sprinklers. Residents have on-campus access to the Alexian Brothers Senior Neighbors Community Center and its amenities.
• Alexian Grove at Cummings Farm
  Alexian Grove is one of Chattanooga's most desirable retirement communities for those who simply want a care-free lifestyle in secure and comfortable surroundings. An 85-acre wooded location once a part of the historic Cummings Farm, Alexian Grove offers residents many features such as a nearby walking trail, small lake, bird sanctuary, and herb and flower gardens. Apartment living ranges in sizes from one-bedroom floor plans to five room suites. Month to month packages include all general services, meals, housekeeping, linen service, scheduled transportation, move in assistance and a variety of social, spiritual, and recreational events. Optional individualized services also include personal care through Alexian Brothers Choices, and access to other Alexian Brothers of the Southeast services and residences for future higher levels of care.
• Alexian Inn
  Alexian Inn is a 33-room assisted living center designed for residents who require help in managing the activities of daily life. The inn is located in a historic resort hotel where the Alexian Brothers began their Tennessee ministries in 1936. Supportive staff and a licensed nurse assist residents in areas of medication taking, dressing, and grooming. Residents freely and independently pursue their personal activities and interests in a supportive environment. Amenities include scheduled transportation, social and education events, housekeeping, laundry, On-site chapel and overnight accommodations for visiting family members. Alexian Inn is part of the Alexian Village campus, but not required for residence.
• Alexian Health Care Center
  Alexian Health Care Center is a residential nursing care residence with a faith-based commitment to the well being of each individual. In addition to providing high quality 24-hour nursing care, The Health Care Center recognizes and addresses the further needs of each resident. Holistic consideration of emotional, environmental, and spiritual concerns is that its the cornerstone of the Health Care Center's unique care philosophy. This philosophy is one reason why many people choose the Alexian Health Care Center. Alexian Health Care Center is an integral part of the continuum care that the Alexian Brothers offer to the Community. Alexian Health Care Center is part of the Alexian Village campus, but not a prerequisite for residential consideration.
