By dialing 2-1-1, individuals can access community information and referral services for everyday needs and crisis services. While 211 is a nationwide initiative, 2-1-1 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast serves the five county area of Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties in South Florida. We provide information, referral, telephone counseling, crisis intervention and suicide prevention via telephone, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Every day people in our communities are reaching out for much needed assistance. Needs vary from accessing health information, obtaining financial assistance, finding transportation, searching for legal assistance and housing services, caregiver resources, volunteer opportunities and much more.

With access to more than 5000 health and human service organizations addressing these types of issues, 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast is readily available to assist individuals living in our community. However, many people do not know that these agencies exist or know where to turn to contact them. Information is available to seniors, caregivers, spouses, children, neighbors, friends, family members, physicians, social workers, or anyone else who has questions about community resources.
