Geriatric Care Managers are skilled professionals who specialize in assisting older adults and those responsible for their care in addressing the challenges of late life. Geriatric care managers offer family members, individuals and older adults the advice, support and inspiration needed to provide compassionate care and make intelligent decisions. A non-profit agency often charges fees on a sliding scale, based on one's income.
