Capital Area Agency on Aging is pleased to announce the opening of Louisiana Answers, Aging & Disability Information Station (ADIS), a program to help seniors and disabled adults and caretakers in the Capital Area find the information they need to improve their health, independence, and quality of life. Capital Area LouisianaAnswers serves the parishes of Ascension, Assumption, East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington.

"The Information Station helps an individual put their needs and concerns into the right questions, and then finds the best answers to those questions," said Governor's Office of Elderly Affairs (OEA) Director Godfrey White. The program, part of a national effort, is funded by the U.S. Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid, as well as the Louisiana OEA.
