Denver's first condo/hotel, focused on the health and wellness of its residents, has found a home in an urban setting with access to some of the most beautiful areas in the Rocky Mountains. In conjunction with the Westin Westminster and the 17,000 square foot Rocky Mountain Chopra Center & Spa, Westminster Promenade Development Company of Colorado will unveil a new luxury residence called Myananda-Inspired Living in the summer of 2007. Ananda means "joyful bliss" in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit. The community will be located in Westminster, equidistant from downtown Denver and Boulder.

The $40 million dollar residential development includes 68 residences ranging in size from 600 square-foot lofts starting at $280,000 to 4,000 square foot penthouse units at more than $1 million. The living spaces have clean lines and bright light, inspired by the clear blue Colorado sky and breathtaking terrain. Myananda-Inspired Living provides residents with luxury hotel amenities including dry cleaning, maid service, room service, and access to a concierge.

To accompany the residences, the Rocky Mountain Chopra Center & Spa will occupy the ground floor of the building with a dramatic view of the Front Range. The Chopra Center's co-founders, both medical doctors, popular speakers and authors, Drs. David Simon and Deepak Chopra, embrace the philosophy that perfect health is the balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Incorporating Western medicine with Ayurveda, the 5,000 year-old healing tradition of India, the Chopra Center focuses on holistic methods of health and wellness. The Center will also incorporate traditional spa services such as massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. Seminars at the Center will focus on mind and body well-being. Residents of the Myananda-Inspired Living will have priority in these facilities.

The City of Westminster is known for its healthy lifestyle, sensitivity to the environment, and some of the state's best public golf courses. Westminster received a silver medal for the International Liveable Community Award in 2005. Myananda-Inspired Living's convenient location on the Westminster Promenade allows residents to enjoy many forms of entertainment including unique retail shops and fine dining, as well as an expansive trail system combining a lake, fountains and attractive landscaping.

The fantastic location, fine amenities, and overall healthful lifestyle of the Myananda-Inspired Living make this community the first of its kind in the Denver area. Myananda-Inspired Living is a place to make a peaceful, inspired home.
