Just Like Home Residential Living is a newer concept for assisted living to the Northern Colorado area. Just Like Home Residential Living consists of private homes in residential neighborhoods offering seniors a place to live with all the comforts of home, while providing 24-hour caregiver assistance.

Our homes have a maximum of two residents along with a caregiver. By having such a low caregiver to resident ratio, each resident will be provided with the highest quality of care. We assist residents with all activities of daily living. The assistance is provided by very caring and compassionate individuals who are medication certified and have successfully passed all safety/training courses. All caregivers will be trained to aid individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Just Like Home Residential Living currently has six houses in Fort Collins and four in Windsor. The houses are clustered together with each home backing to the other. A fenced courtyard area is shared between the houses for walking, gardening, or simply enjoying the fresh air. The houses are completely handicapped accessible with extra wide doorways, hallways, and ramps. The open floor plan allows for caregivers to adequately supervise residents while allowing individual privacy. Each resident has their own private bedroom and bathroom with adequate space to personalize.

Just Like Home Residential Living is owned and operated by John Maguire. John currently owns Home Instead Senior Care with offices serving Larimer, Weld, and Morgan counties in Northern Colorado. Home Instead Senior Care provides non-medical in home services. In his professional capacity, John has provided services for many individuals who would benefit form this type of home setting.
