"We The People" is a new service for people who do not need the representation of an attorney. We assist people in the preparation of their own legal documents.

We are pro se (for yourself) document assistants. Our service provides a simple workbook to fill out for things like Wills, Living Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney for financial and medical decisions and probate.

"We The People" then types the documents you have requested with all the necessary language required. Our documents are developed, reviewed and monitored by a supervising attorney to assure you that they are fully compliant with the State guidelines and laws.

Our objective is to provide the finest, most efficient and most accurate document preparation service at a very reasonable price. You may come into our offices or we can make appointments to meet with you. We prepare over 80 documents. It is your choice, your money and your decision.
