Are you balanced? Are you all that you can be? Do you want more stability in your life? Do you want to do those things that you used to do? If so then look down at your feet. Your feet have a tremendous affect on your WHOLE body. You can ease many of your aches and pain by wearing arch supports in your shoes. Arch supports will better align your feet and your entire skeleton which will affect your posture. Better posture is something that you can get back. When you straighten your body you'll noticed that NECK, SHOULDER and BACK PAIN may be relieved. Your breathing and even your digestion may improve. You will stand a little taller and you will look better, and feel a little younger and healthier. Arch supports will help take pressure off your feet, knees, hips and back. You will be able to get out of your chair easier and walk longer. Arch supports will give you better balance and stability. This will reduce your risk of falling. How valuable is that?

By the age of 50 your feet will have traveled 75,000 miles or more. Natural wear and tear, exercise related problems and other disorders such as arthritis, circulatory problems and diabetes can increase problems causing foot and heel pain. Natural bone structure and shape make every foot unique and create different pressure points that need support to promote proper alignment. All arch supports are not created equal. The arch supports should be custom fitted to your foot and support all four arches of the foot and provide the right amount of flexibility, rigidity and cushion. Maybe you should consider having a detailed foot screening.
