socialize with others and enjoy stimulating activities designed to promote independence and personal growth.
Residents live throughout the main floor of the home, and benefit from:

Our home atmosphere promotes interaction and a "sense of family" among residents and staff. Our
residents enjoy constant companionship, love, and support. They make friends quickly and are surrounded by
their friends, day-in and day-out. They are never left alone behind closed doors.
Our environment is ideal for seniors who can no longer safely live at home, but who don’t need 24-hour
skilled nursing care. For example, those who are physically frail or having problems with short-term memory
will benefit from the excellent socialization and minute-by-minute support provided in our home.
We have a much better staff to resident ratio than larger facilities. At Castle Rock Assisted Living, a
Caregiver is always right there to help. Our high staff to resident ratio results in a consistently superior
level of care.
We provide far more individualized attention and support than do big assisted living centers or nursing
homes. Our residents receive many more hours per day of one-on-one personal care.
Our experienced and attentive Caregivers are the best in the business. We hire only top-notch people and
we give them specialized training. Our staff focus on constantly assessing and enhancing your loved one’s
well being.
We maintain superb communications with all parties concerned. Our staff keeps you informed of everything
that is going on. They also routinely coordinate with Doctors and arrange other needed services. This
provides peace of mind and ensures that your loved one’s needs are being addressed through collaborative
decision-making.
As a smaller home in a residential neighborhood, we offer personal care and boarding services for eight
residents. This allows us to maximize our attention to each resident’s unique needs. We have seven great
staff who love our residents and truly enjoy being of service.
 Enjoyable
pastimes and activities: Our residents spend time together enjoying activities such as meals, family
visits, live entertainers, games, music, movies, arts and crafts, story-telling, current events,
sing-a-longs, gentle exercise, and pastoral visits. We have “pamper times” each week for hairdressing,
manicures, soothing massages, foot soaks and pedicures, and other special treatment. Birthdays and Holidays
are a big deal at Castle Rock Assisted Living--we celebrate them with special meals, parties, family visits,
and decorations!
Rox the Therapy Dog: The house mascot 9-year old purebred labrador. Rox gives and receives
unconditional love and affection throughout each day.
